Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of wanderlustcopywriting.com and purchase of services from wanderlustcopywriting, P.IVA IT05678901234, Via Giuseppe Verdi, 26, 17021 Alassio (SV), Italy.

1. Services

wanderlustcopywriting provides digital copywriting services including travel web copy, brand narrative, campaign copy, editorial content, email marketing, and destination content. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Payment

Full payment is collected at checkout via Stripe before any project begins. The price shown at checkout is the final price. For the Expedition monthly plan, payment is collected on the first working day of each month.

3. Project Start

Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive a project brief document via email within that window.

4. Revisions

Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds. Revisions that change the original brief scope require a written change request and approval before additional work begins.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all delivered copy becomes your property. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project begins.

6. Governing Law

Governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Savona, Italy.
