Politica di Rimborso

1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel before we have sent the project brief (within the initial 2 business day window), we will issue a full refund with no conditions.

2. Work In Progress (Less Than 50% Complete)

If work has begun but the project is less than 50% complete, we will issue a 50% refund of the purchase price.

3. Work In Progress (50% or More)

Beyond 50% completion, no refund is available. We will complete the project and honour all agreed revision rounds.

4. Delivery Disputes

If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed brief, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. If the work is materially deficient against the brief, we revise it at no charge regardless of revision limits.

5. How to Request

Email ciao@wanderlustcopywriting.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days.

6. Exceptions

Rush delivery add-ons are non-refundable once delivered within the agreed 24-hour window.
