Questions about pricing.
Yes. The price agreed before the project begins is the total you pay. If your brief changes after the project has started and the scope increases, we will submit a written change request before doing any additional work. You approve it before we proceed.
Full payment is collected at checkout via Stripe before the project begins. For the Expedition (monthly) plan, payment is collected on the first working day of each month.
Bank transfer is available for the Expedition plan and for established clients on retainer. All other plans are paid via Stripe at checkout.
Prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable. Italian VAT (IVA) is applied at the applicable rate. EU business clients with a valid VAT number may be eligible for reverse charge.
